Concord Regional VNA Personal Home Services are available in your own home, independent living community, assisted living community, and skilled nursing facility. Our experienced team gives you peace of mind by providing a wide range of personal care services and homemaking services to meet your needs and lifestyles.

A registered nurse closely collaborates with clients to complete an assessment of needs, develop a plan of care, and supervise the care in the home. After your plan of care has been established, your care can begin within 24 hours depending on your needs. For overnight or extended hours, it may take longer to establish services.

Our licensed nursing assistants, personal care service providers, and homemakers are caring and attentive to help clients stay safe and comfortable at home. Each team member completes extensive training and orientation before providing care and receives specialized training regarding disease processes. Flexible scheduling allows for easy coordination of care.
